Mein Besuch im Cartier Store war einfach klasse. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich Herr Liu, der sich wirklich Zeit genommen hat und super freundlich war. Er hat mir alles geduldig erklärt und dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich rundum wohlfühle.

Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team, aber vor allem an Herrn Liu – so macht Shopping Spaß!

Exceptional customer service! Even though I mentioned upfront that I was only able to browse their offerings at the moment, I was warmly welcomed. (In some stores, such words would instantly change their attitude.) The salesperson (who usually works in Stuttgart) shared many fascinating stories with me and was incredibly helpful, professional, and passionate. He even suggested I try on my dream watch. Without a doubt, once I'm able to afford such a masterpiece, I will return to him to fulfill that dream. The salesperson truly fostered an excellent connection with the brand!

My mom insisted that I write this review because she had one of the most exceptional shopping experiences ever. The Sales Assistant, Fadi, was incredibly kind and exuded such a radiant positivity. Although my mom initially just wanted to browse, Fadi went above and beyond to help her find something truly special. The other colleagues were equally helpful and contributed to making her shopping experience truly unforgettable. We are immensely grateful to Fadi and will definitely be visiting the boutique again soon, hoping to see him there.
