This place is like a secret gem for serious guitar players. The setups I've had done here have always been outstanding - beautiful low action, great intonation -- my guitars end up feeling like brand new! I've had guitars set up in many places over the last 20 years on both the east and west coast and I can honestly say that what I've gotten here has been the best I've ever seen. Very unreliable. I had scheduled a vocal lesson with one instructor who never confirmed the lesson and didn’t show. So they rematched me with another instructor who, while I was on my way driving to our first session, cancelled on me last minute. It’s been 3 weeks of trying to get matched with an instructor only to be cancelled on time after time.

Craig beck is a phenomenal teacher. This man is passionate about what he does and it comes off every second of the class. I feel so lucky having taken classes with Craig. I learned so much in the time I spent with him. His methods are awesome and truly allow you to learn at your fullest potential. He takes the time to make sure you are a comfortable with every chord, then sends you an audio file of what you covered in class to make practicing easy.

The sales managers are very nice and patient. They will give you advice on what others have looked at in piano shopping and they are not pushy at all. We were helped on one day by Becky and on another day by Gene - both were super pleasant and knowledgeable.
