I recently visited the Ernest Jones store at the White Rose Shopping Centre, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Popping in for a casual browse, I was immediately impressed by the store's inviting atmosphere and the stunning selection of high-quality items on display. From the exquisite Le Vian collections to the elegant designs by Vera Wang, Tudor watches, and sparkling Swarovski pieces, the variety was truly remarkable. Not to mention the luxurious offerings from Gucci, Olivia Burton, Emporio Armani, Tissot, and Rado, along with many other leading brands.

Initially, I was in two minds about making a purchase, as the range of beautiful items left me spoilt for choice. However, my indecision was quickly resolved thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by a lady named Jo. Her knowledge of the products, combined with her friendly and persuasive manner, helped me feel confident that the gift I was considering was the perfect choice for my wife. Very pleased with service of Jo, Megan and jade, they went out of there way to help me, the got the watches specially sent in for us, kept updated on phonecalls for progression of order. Compared with previous experience prior to this at another jewellers. Excellent service

Came into store today with my mum, looking at engagement rings for my girlfriend. We were greeted by Pauline who was lovely she couldn’t have been nicer. Extremely helpful and allowed me to look at a number of rings. Really helpful with the sizing as this is meant to be a surprise, so getting the size has been a difficult task to which Pauline was understanding off. Great team and great store would recommend.

Lovely store, lovely.

The staff have always exceeded expectations. They are always willing to talk, sharing details and knowledge. They give you their time, which is valuable! They will go out of their way to source pieces and ensure the best possible outcome for you!

Ollie today was an absolute gent. He sourced my watch very quickly and was lovely to speak to throughout the buying process. He even got out a couple of rare Omega pieces for me to try on (pic!) and polished my wife’s and my wedding rings for us!

My partner & I visited the store to get my engagement ring resized. It had to be reordered & resized as it was several sizes too big. Staff were friendy & I was sized, in store, at an I. When we came to collect the ring it was still too big. I was told to take it home & try it out even though it was clearly too big. I told the staff I was not happy to take it as it's clearly too big so they stated they would resize it to an H. Several weeks later we returned to collect it but it still felt loose. I wore it around the white rose centre & it was clearly too loose. I explained to my partner it actually feels the same like it's never been altered at all. I should have returned to the store immediately but I went home. I was not happy once home so I rang the store. I spoke to a man & I explained it feels like it has not even been resized & I'm very disappointed. The response I received was one of lukewarm & uninterested. He simply said bring it back in & they will look at it. I said you've had weeks to get it resized correctly yet you clearly have not resized it. I was not getting anywhere so I took the ring to a jewellers in halifax where it was sized to an I. I have pictures to evidence this. So clearly, Ernest Jones did not resize my ring at all. They lied to me! & hoped I wouldn't notice. Trust your intuition folk!
I'm now having my ring resized correctly at another jewellers & having to pay extra due to Ernest Jones incompetence.
Very unhappy customer. Will never return or purchase anything again from Ernest Jones.

An impromptu visit today lead to me taking home the most perfect engagement ring replacement I could have imagined.

For the past 2yrs my original engagement ring has sat in its box due to repeated claw repairs leaving me worried I'd lose the diamond. It means so much to me that "replacing" it has always made me feel quite sad so my husband and I agreed we would only do this if the "perfect" ring came along.

I popped in today for a nosey at what was in store and tried on a few rings, which were all lovely but didn't quite hit the spot. That's when Megan and Jade suggested I look at the newly launched Leonardo Da Vinci diamond cut rings. They helped me pick out two to try on and I was smitten!

After thinking I'd never find a ring i loved enough to replace my original, I am over the moon that I called in on a whim today.
