Came here to inquire on having some custom work done on fine jewelry and I'm glad I did. Frank and his team were very knowledgeable. He was was able to get everything done as discussed. Some of the work was even done the same day and others ahead of scheduled times. Look no further he does it all. Great work, reliable, and honest with fair prices. I couldn't be happier. No pressure sell, and even saved me some money. I will definitely be coming back for any future needs.

Have come here twice to get a different part of my locket fixed. I wear my locket about every day. Everyone here is a delight to work with.

First, the loop that connects locket to necklace came off and they were able to repair it stronger than it was quickly The second time I came in, the person at the counter was able to fix it on the spot. My chain claw had come loose from being bent.

I will be a returning costumer and will recommend to anyone needing excellent jewelry repair!

I recently visited to have my necklace repaired, and they did a great job fixing the clasp. When I went to pick it up, the staff offered to clean my rings and even gave me some jewelry cleaner. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff is really nice!

Great jewelry spot. I walked in off the street. I inquired about having measurements taken of my wrist. The measurements were a bracelet (not from Tivoli). Jenny, the owner, was happy to do the measurements for me, no charge! Pleasure to deal with.

The prongs on my engagement ring (Bought elsewhere) had become loose and I needed them tightened quickly with my wedding around the corner—I got a recommendation to go to Tivoli, as they do this in house (Which I’ve come to find is really rare nowadays). I called ahead and spoke with Jenny who was super sweet and I made a plan to go in. I went in today and was greeted by Joe and Frank (The owner). They were both incredibly kind and Frank let me know he could get that done for me while I waited in store. As I waited, I chatted with Joe about my upcoming wedding—He is such a nice man! He let me vent about the stress I’ve been feeling with all of the wedding planning. In just a few minutes, Frank was back with my ring. He steam cleaned it and gave it back to me—The prongs are nice and tight, so my diamond is super secure and my ring is freshly cleaned for my wedding! I am so happy to know I have a great jeweler I can take my rings (And other jewelry) to for tightenings/repairs/maintenance in the future. The jewelry they had for sale in store also looked very beautiful, and they had quite the selection! In a very stressful time before my wedding, Tivoli made this experience so easy and treated me with the utmost kindness. I am incredibly grateful and will absolutely be going back to them for all things jewelry related! Thank you!
